Jasper wants to give you the keys to the Rhythm-mobile. This isn't your normal Lindy class. Instead of specific moves, or movements, it will instead focus on timing, rhythm, and groove. Jasper will take you through a set of mind-bending exercises you've never done before that are designed to help
